We are aware of an ongoing issue with our telephony provider, RingCentral, that may affect the ability to reach us by phone and impact contact center (CX) services. This is an upstream provider issue affecting multiple RingCentral customers and is not specific to McLeod.
RingCentral's engineering team is actively working on a resolution. You can follow their status directly at https://status.ringcentral.com/.
There is no need to contact the Service Desk regarding this outage — it is a vendor-side issue outside our control. We will post updates here as we receive them.
